Returns and Cancellations
If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 48 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Tuesday.
All returns require a “Return Authorization Number” which can be obtained by emailing Custom Arms and Accessories directly at email@example.com. No RMA # equals no refund.
After you have received a Return Authorization Number:
Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return.
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
Send your return to via USPS or UPS:
You can initiate a return for unopened items within 30 days of delivery and 25% restocking fee. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 37 days of delivery.
If the return is a result of our shipping or packing error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges once the product is returned to us.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS.
Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging.
Merchandise must be return shipped in a protective box.
Full refund including shipping if the return resulted from our error. Otherwise, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund issued in the same form of payment used for purchase.
The customer will receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
If you have placed an Anderson Manufacturing Internet or phone order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been shipped, you will only be entitled to receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded. Any custom products are non-refundable.
No RMA # equals no refund.
